In order to ensure growth and dynamism, NSCC is expanding in to multiple geographies. The
Area Manager is responsible for managing this expansion within a defined geography. The Area
Manager provides leadership and management in a key geographic area and provides specific
liaison with support functions in the corporate office in support of achieving Area sales and
product mix targets (Proposal, Procurement, PMO, Corporate Business Units, Finance, HR, and
Plant) so as to maintain high performance in the planning and execution of projects, whilst
successfully promoting further business and gaining NSCC headway in the relevant markets.
Successful marketing strategies, achievement of revenue objectives, excellent communication
and development of present and potential contacts, management of resources and overseeing of
synergy between geography and all Business Units and Support Functions, will establish the
jobholder as a proponent of NSCC’s vision through establishment as a crucial link between
market, organization and clientele expectations. |
